ProCalibre Associates Inc. (PCA) was established in November 1996 originally as a consulting and support service for Real Estate Brokerage companies in the areas of recruiting, retention and market area research (MTIP). By September 1997, in response to broker and agent demand for advanced level training, the first of the Productivity Express® Programs (PEP) "Prospecting and Open for Business" was rolled out as a new and more effective way for experienced agents to enhance their Listing business. In October 1998, "Cashing in on Business" was developed to assist top producers in achieving more frequent and faster results when working with buyers. These two programs, their concepts and techniques, remain as the keystones for the company's many Modules, Seminars and Workshops. As a "new way of doing business", they have also been proven to accelerate success for both new and mid-level agents.

PCA's initial model of working with and assisting broker owners, managers and agents in their physical offices within their marketplace, has resulted in producing unparalleled results for clients. The close working relationship is the "creditability factor" enjoyed by PCA's coaches, trainers and speakers and is appreciated by audiences as "real and innovative solutions to real world challenges".

Debra J. Asher CEO
Ms. Asher started her real estate career in 1982 as a salesperson with one of Long Island, New York's largest independent real estate brokerage companies. In 1984 she was promoted to Sales Manager and a year later was selected to join the Central Management Team. In 1987 she was appointed Director of Recruiting and Training for the 18-office organization. In 1993 she started her association with an international real estate franchisor as Regional Trainer for the Northeast Division and in 1996 became a National Trainer for that franchise system. In 1997 Debra took on new challenges with the co-founding of ProCalibre Associates Inc. and the co-development of the Productivity Express® Programs. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Debra is a member of the National Speakers Association, facilitates the company's agent programs and is a personal performance coach for many of the industry's top producers. She is a popular featured speaker and motivator for many real estate events, associations and groups.
