ProCalibre Associates Inc. (PCA) was established in November 1996 originally as a consulting and support service for Real Estate Brokerage companies in the areas of recruiting, retention and market area research (MTIP). By September 1997, in response to broker and agent demand for advanced level training, the first of the Productivity Express® Programs (PEP) "Prospecting and Open for Business" was rolled out as a new and more effective way for experienced agents to enhance their Listing business. In October 1998, "Cashing in on Business" was developed to assist top producers in achieving more frequent and faster results when working with buyers. These two programs, their concepts and techniques, remain as the keystones for the company's many
Modules, Seminars and Workshops. As a "new way of doing business", they have also been proven to accelerate success for both new and mid-level agents.
PCA's initial model of working with and assisting broker owners, managers and agents in their physical offices within their marketplace, has resulted in producing unparalleled results for clients. The close working relationship is the "creditability factor" enjoyed by PCA's coaches, trainers and speakers and is appreciated by audiences as "real and innovative solutions to real world challenges".

Debra J. Asher CEO, Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Ms. Asher started her real estate career in 1982 as a salesperson with one of Long Island, New York's largest independent real estate brokerage companies. In 1984 she was promoted to Sales Manager and a year later was selected to join the Central Management Team. In 1987 she was appointed Director of Recruiting and Training for the 18-office organization. In 1993 she started her association with an international real estate franchisor as Regional Trainer for the Northeast Division and in 1996 became a National Trainer for that franchise system. In 1997 Debra took on new challenges with the co-founding of ProCalibre Associates Inc. and the co-development of the Productivity Express® Programs. In addition to her executive responsibilities, Debra is a member of the National Speakers Association, facilitates the company's agent programs and is a personal performance coach for many of the industry's top producers. She is a popular featured speaker and motivator for many real estate events, associations and groups.

Peter Zaborski Chairman, Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Mr. Zaborski started his real estate career as a salesperson in 1981 and held licenses in 3 states. In 1984, as an Associate Broker, he joined the corporate staff of a California based real estate franchisor and was instrumental in that company's northeast expansion. During this association he held the positions of Manager, Director of New Market Entry, Regional Director and Vice President/Principle Broker. In 1989 he accepted a consulting position for an international franchisor and assumed the responsibilities of State and District Director. In those capacities he functioned as a Business Development consultant for numerous multi office firms and for the largest single office firm in the northeast. In early1996, Peter spearheaded a research group's endeavors to evaluate current residential brokerage practice. The analysis and conclusions led to his co-founding of ProCalibre Associates Inc. and co-development of the Productivity Express® Programs. Peter holds a GRI designation from the State of New York and over the years has authored numerous business practice and development programs for agents, managers and broker/owners. In addition to his responsibilities as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Peter facilitates the company's management programs MTIP and provides developmental, growth and profitability consultations to real estate brokerage managers and owners.

Sharon Kuntz-Scott - Marketing Representative
Ms. Kuntz is PCA's initial contact person with future clients. Sharon's ability to quickly grasp a company's challenges and to suggest viable solutions, qualify every complimentary consultation as time well spent.

Erwin Trzeciak - Graphics and Visuals Design
Mr. Trzeciak is a professional photographer having earned his degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Erwin's expertise is utilized in the creation of graphics and visuals for PCA presentations as well as for developing graphics for client companies and agents' Public Relations/Personal Marketing campaigns.

Maureen Fernandez - Administration - Events Coordinator
Ms. Fernandez is responsible for coordinating the details of scheduled events and ensuring that all client/participants are supplied with supportive and ancillary materials. Maureen performs the equally important task of inputting data and generating analysis and projection reports for participants of the high accountability programs.
Renee Rynn - Administration - Product Services
Ms. Rynn manages the fulfillment of Business Visuals and Personal Marketing products orders. Renee also maintains PCA's database to assure that all confidential client files are accurate and current and that every client is kept up to date on renewals and new product releases.
Roberto Fernandez - Information Technologies
Mr. Fernandez is a Microsoft Certified Technician and provides support for PCA's automated systems as well as maintaining the functionality of the company's proprietary software programs. Roberto's expertise is available to client companies for the installation or upgrade of systems and programs.

D. "Jeff" Nevins - Research & Analysis
Mr. Nevins is responsible for keeping PCA staff updated on developments that will or may impact the real estate industry. His consumer surveys and close attention to developing market trends enable PCA clients to "stay ahead of the curve" and to increase their competitive edge within their market area.
